The Jets have been taking on spring practices in recently ahead of mandatory minicamp coming next week.
Occasionally during training camp, NFL teams will link up prior to facing another team in the preseason for joint practices. The Jets will be one of those prior to August 14.
New York head coach Aaron Glenn announced during OTAs that his team will have two joint practices ahead of that date with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. That day will be both of their preseason openers:
