On Tuesday, Random House Books for Young Readers announced a children's book based on Clark's life will be published on Nov. 3. The rhyming verse book, entitled "EXTRAordinary! A Little EXTRA to Reach BIG Dreams," will share a message about the importance of giving extra effort and having support along the way. It was inspired by a phrase that hung above a mirror in Clark's childhood room: "The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is the little EXTRA."

"Basketball has given me so many incredible opportunities, but what has always meant the most to me are the people who've supported me along the way," the Indiana Fever star said in a statement. "I hope this book reminds kids that they're never alone in chasing their dreams and that giving a little extra to the people and moments is what makes them EXTRAordinary."

Clarks begins her third season as a pro when the 2026 WNBA season tips off on May 8.

The two-time All-Star looks to build off a 13-game sophomore campaign, where she averaged 16.5 points and 8.8 assists. Clark's second WNBA season was unfortunately cut short due to injuries. On Saturday, April 18, the star returned to action, scoring seven points and dishing out four assists during the Fever's 109-91 preseason victory over the New York Liberty.
