"Let's get them!" the 25-year-old Vinícius was quoted as saying in Spanish media reports on Wednesday after the 2-1 win in Manchester and 5-1 aggregate success.
"It was a very important game for our confidence. We’ve played well since the start of the season, but we haven’t been in control as much as we were in this tie."
The first leg between Bayern and Real in Madrid would take place on April 7 or 8. The return leg would be a week later, on April 14 or 15, in Munich.
