York Regional Police have charged six suspects and are appealing for witnesses following a homicide in Aurora.
On June 10, around 2:45 p.m., officers attended an unknown trouble call at a residence in the Wellington St. E.- Walton Rd. area and found an adult male suffering from significant trauma.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Two days later, he was identified as David Gosse, 55, of no fixed address.
The cause of death was determined to be the result of blunt-force trauma.
James Montgomery, 44, of Alliston, Fabio Faganello, 58, Maria Faganello, 54, and Bianka Faganello, 29, all of Aurora, Jaymie White, 36, of Georgina, and Craig Wilson, 31 of no fixed address were all charged with second-degree murder.
The investigation remains ongoing.

BARRIE RIDE-SHARE DRIVER CHARGED IN SEX ASSAULT
The Ontario Provincial Police has charged a a 58-year-old Barrie man following a reported sexual assault in Wasaga Beach.
On Sunday around 2 a.m., officers responded to a report of a sexual assault involving a ride-share driver and their passenger.
Police said the victim was not known to the accused.
Higgs Bhola was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual assault.

OSHAWA MAN CHARGED IN WHITBY BREAK-IN
A 33-year-old Oshawa man is facing charges following a break-and-enter and theft investigation in Whitby.
On May 30, Durham Regional Police responded to a break-and-enter call at a residence under construction in the area of Thornton Rd. N. and Conlin Rd. W.
Police alleged that a male suspect entered the residence and stole several appliances, residential wiring, and construction equipment.
On June 10, Durham officers responded to a second call for a break-and-enter at the residence and found evidence the suspect had been staying in the home while it was undergoing renovations.
Further investigation located several of the stolen appliances for sale on Facebook Marketplace.
On Saturday, the suspect was located in Oshawa with a stolen air conditioning unit and taken into custody and a search warrant was later executed at the suspect’s home where several stolen appliances were located.
Jesse Kevin Potts is charged with two counts of break-and-enter and possession of property obtained by crime over $5000.

SUSPECT SOUGHT IN OSHAWA STABBING
Durham police are looking for a suspect after a male was stabbed in a parking lot in Oshawa over the weekend.
On Sunday around 10:30 p.m., cops responded to a fight call in the area of Simcoe and John Sts. after being told a large group of people were involved in a physical altercation.
Officers arrived on scene and located one male suffering from minor injuries and one male suffering from multiple stab wounds.
The victim suffering from minor injuries was transported to a local-area hospital and the stabbing victim was taken to a Toronto-area trauma centre in serious but non-life-threatening condition, where he has since been upgraded to stable condition.

Durham police are searching for a suspect after a male was shot in Oshawa on the weekend.
On Sunday around 3 p.m., cops responded to a shooting in the area of Ritson Rd. N. and Pentland St. and found a male suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to a local area hospital in serious but non-life-threatening condition and has since been upgraded to stable.
