The Cleveland Browns underwent a lot of changes this offseason, firing Kevin Stefanski and handing the keys to the team and the offense over to Todd Monken.
Myles Garrett was traded in a blockbuster, and the entire offensive line is full of new faces at every position. But the Browns also added a pair of wide receivers early in the NFL Draft with KC Concepcion and Denzel Boston in Round 1 and Round 2.
According to ESPN's Daniel Oyefusi, these two Browns rookie WRs have left a strong impression, giving the fanbase the good news they were hoping to hear from their two new wide receivers.
Browns' rookie WRs already making positive impact
"Young wide receivers are inspiring confidence," Oyefusi writes. "Regardless of who starts under center in 2026, the quarterback will need more from the receiver room, which looks to be the most improved position through the spring."
The Browns drafted Concepcion with the 24th pick in the first round, and Boston with the 39th pick in the second round. Both are already impressive for the Browns.
KC Concepcion
"Concepcion's quickness and ability to make plays at all levels of the field stick out," Oyefusi writes.
The Browns need Concepcion to make an immediate impact in 2026 for the offense, and based on this reporting, it appears likely he'll provide such a spark in 2026.
He's impressing with his quickness and versatility, which, considering how limited the passing attack was last year, should mean he's poised for a big role in 2026.

Denzel Boston
"Boston seemed to come down with a contested catch downfield every week but also showed an ability to run good routes with a bigger frame," Oyefusi writes.
Boston is a 6-foot-4 receiver who can be a big-bodied receiving threat for the Browns offense, which is a key role with Concepcion at 5-foot-11.
However, it's apparently not just the size that's impressed the Browns this summer; Boston has also been a good route runner for the Browns so far, which should make him an even more productive WR.

Browns get great news on their rookie WRs
With the Browns turning to multiple new faces in the wide receiver room in 2026, they must get off to a good start.
While there haven't been any games yet, the promise that both Concepcion and Boston have shown thus far is very encouraging.
Browns fans should be excited about this new wide receiver duo, as it appears Cleveland will be getting two new fun young receivers around for a while.
