Florentino Perez is inching closer to another term as the Real Madrid president, and it is clear at this point in the polling that it will be his project that the club will follow.

Jose Mourinho, in that sense, is assured as the next manager and the club will also push for the midfield targets Perez has identified as the right candidates.
PSG stars Joao Neves and Vitinha are two of the names who have been strongly linked as Perez’s preferences with many outlets even claiming that one of them could be the president’s marquee signing.
PSG are clear
As confirmed by Fabrizio Romano once again, however, Paris Saint-Germain have been very clear on reports about Real Madrid’s interest in Vitinha and Joao Neves. Their stance has been firm in recent days and has not shown any changes.

The French club see both players as strictly not for sale and are completely opposed to any idea of them leaving the club. Both stars are seen to be untouchable and a key e project.
As back-to-back UEFA Champions League winners, moreover, it will be difficult for Perez to convince the players to even push for a move to Real Madrid, making the move complicated in every sense.
A new midfield target
Vitinha, Rodri, and Neves all look unlikely candidates to join Real Madrid this summer, but a new name has popped to the fore as a handy signing that Jose Mourinho is pushing for.

Indeed, the name in question is none other than Bernardo Silva who recently left Manchester City and is now a free agent. His signing, thus, is feasible from every standpoint and he would be a high-quality addition.
The hurdle on that front, however, is Barcelona who have already been in contact with the player for a while now and are rumoured to be the player’s preferred destination.
