For the first time in program history, Troy baseball will be heading to Omaha for the College World Series.
The Trojans swept Little Rock in a home super regional, the first time Troy has made or hosted the best-of-three series in the NCAA Tournament. Troy picked up a game two 7-2 win on Saturday, June 6.

Troy powered its way to a 12-2 win over Little Rock in Game One behind four home runs. Jabe Boroff had two, including a grand slam in the eighth inning, to power the way. Aaron Piasecki and Josh Pyne added back-to-back home runs in the second inning.
The Trojans will take on West Virginia, who swept Cal Poly to advance to the College World Series. The date, time and TV designation has not been assigned.
