Colorado has used the last few months to ramp up its recruiting efforts in the 2027 and 2028 recruiting classes.
On Tuesday, Colorado extended an offer to 2027 four-star running back Javian Jones-Priest. 247Sports' Composite rates the Arlington, Texas native as the No. 362 overall player, the No. 27 running back and the No. 49 recruit from his home state of Texas.

CU becomes Jones-Priest's 33rd offer, joining programs like Oregon, Baylor, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, TCU, Wisconsin and Iowa.
During his junior season at Arlington Martin High School, Jones-Priest rushed for1,154 yards and 12 touchdowns on 144 attempts.
Jones-Preist is the son of former TCU defensive back Rafael Priest (2005-09). The elder Priest was an All-American for the Horned Frogs and one of the top cornerbacks in the Mountain West Conference.

Colorado has offers out to 25 running backs in the 2027 class, but has yet to land a commitment. Overall, the Buffaloes have three commitments to the class, headlined by four-star quarterback Andre Adams.
