Polls are open to the public with unlimited voting from Monday through Thursday. Winners are announced Friday. Here are this week's nominees:
Ella Brown, Caesar Rodney girls lacrosse: Brown recorded five goals and an assist in a 19-7 win over Caravel and three goals and four assists in a 16-5 win over Milford.
Savannah DeFilippis, Newark Charter softball: DeFilippis went 3-for-3 with two RBIs and two runs scored in an 8-1 win over Padua.
Lila Matthews, Archmere girls soccer: Matthews scored three goals in a 4-0 win over Delaware Military Academy. She also recorded two goals and an assist in an 8-0 win over MOT Charter.
Joe Ruark, Cape Henlopen baseball: Ruark had a double and a triple and four RBIs in a 15-13 win over Sussex Central. He also had four RBIs in Cape's 12-3 win over Indian River.
Regan Rust, Lake Forest softball: Rust allowed one unearned run on four hits over seven innings in a 4-1 win over Smyrna. Rust struck out five batters and walked one.
