Greenlaw's return to San Francisco should be one of the team's most impactful moves of the offseason, as the 49ers really struggled at linebacker in 2025 with many players dealing with injuries at the position.
After a year away, the 28-year-old veteran is making sure his body is ready to withstanding the rigors of another NFL season, as a video recently surfaced showing Greenlaw training.

Greenlaw looks to be in incredible shape, and those punches look like they can do some serious damage. Hopefully, he'll stick to tackling his opponents with the 49ers in 2026, but it's good to know he could use his hands if necessary.
