The London is Blue podcast are looking back at Estevao Willian’s performance against Port Vale, which saw him operate on the left hand side as well as his usual berth on the right.
“It was Estevao doing it from the left hand side, versus where we’ve seen him traditionally which is from the right hand side,” presenter Dan Dormer said.
“So that was a nice switch up to say ‘hey, not a one trick pony’… with him and Andrey Santos being that left side channel, with Jorrel Hato, there’s a lot of really good combination work to like there,” Dormer explained.

They went on to debate whether Estevao was out best left wing option. Frankly, you’ve got to have him in the team on one side or the other. As it stands, it looks like Pedro Neto will be on the other side, and it’s down to Rosenior to figure out which way around he wants them.
