The No. 10 Cavaliers defeated No. 2 Iowa in a double-overtime thriller, 83-75, defeating the Hawkeyes on home soil in the NCAA tournament's Round of 32. Virginia overcame a nine-point second-half deficit to force overtime, before eventually pulling away in the second overtime period for one of the biggest upsets in women's March Madness history.
