In an Instagram story, Frello, a midfielder for CR Flamengo, shared the troubling allegation of someone on Roan's security team berating his wife and daughter after the latter walked past Roan's table at the Brazil hotel just to confirm she actually saw Roan there.
Frello added that his daughter, a fan of the musician, didn't speak to Roan or ask for anything and just smiled as she walked past Roan's table to confirm her identity.
Afterward, Frello alleged that one of Roan's security guards approached his wife and daughter, "began speaking in an extremely aggressive manner" to the duo and accused his daughter of disrespect and harassment. Frello also alleged the guard threatened to report his wife and daughter to the hotel staff for the encounter.
"My daughter was extremely shaken and cried a lot," Frello wrote in his post. "I've lived with football, public exposure, and well-known people for many years, and I understand very well what respect and boundaries are. What happened there was not that. It was just a child admiring someone."
Roan's reps did not respond to comment when reached by Variety; the publication noted that Roan has been vocal about overeager fans invading her privacy in the past.
