For the first time in three years, the Hawkeyes heard their name called on Selection Sunday. They found out they're heading down to Tampa Bay, Florida, for a matchup with the Clemson Tigers in the 8/9 matchup of the South Region. The winner of that game will most likely match up with the one-seed in the Florida Gators for a spot in the Sweet 16.
With the Hawkeyes back in the tournament after a multi-year absence, social media was buzzing with its thoughts on the matchup and Iowa's ceiling in the tournament.
